"Following our takeover of Le Clos des Sens at the end of 2022, we reviewed all the suppliers Laurent and Martine Petit worked with, to reconsider the possible areas of development for our house.
Since January 2025, we have been working with the Secretbox teams to optimise our gift boxes: choice of copy, visuals, improved search visibility.
Beyond volumes, we are also seeing a rise in the average gift box ticket thanks to precise advice on positioning, presentation and promotion of offers.
